Where is Cyclo Food Company located?

Cyclo Food Company is a small family startup primarily focused on packaging and sales of Asian foods online at cyclofoods.com, including popular Vietnamese sauces, beef jerky, frozen egg rolls. We do not have a store front.  We are happy to call Richmond/Rosenberg, TX our home.

What is the shelf life of Cyclo Beef Jerky?

We use lean cuts of meat for our jerky and pack each "pocket jerky" bag with a 100cc oxygen absorber to ensure our product stays fresh for as long as possible without the use of artificial preservatives.  We estimate the shelf-life of our jerky at 2-3 months unrefrigerated. 

What is Cyclo cham sauce used for or with?

In Vietnamese traditional cuisine, nước chm originated as a dipping sauce for delicacies such as egg rolls, rice paper spring rolls, and lettuce wraps.  Alternatively, it has become very common to simply drizzle Cyclo Premium Vietnamese Chấm Sauce as a dressing over salads, wet or dry noodle dishes, and it is especially tasty over rice.  And in less common but creative instances, chefs have found that Cyclo Sauce adds a new dimension to sauteing their meats and vegetable dishes.  

Ultimately, there are no rules.  The consistency of Cyclo Premium Vietnamese Chấm Sauce is light while incorporating popping flavors: sweet, sour, salt, savory, and spicy.  We encourage you to experiment and definitely let us know the results, so we can share them on our social media pages!

Is there nutritional information for each product?

At this time we do not provide nutritional information for our products. Please be on the lookout for future updates.

How soon will my order ship after I place my order?

Our goal is to package and ship your order within 3-5 days.  However, it is more important to us that you are getting the freshest batch possible, in which case, it may be a couple of days longer.  If you prefer the quickest option, just send us a note at info@cyclofoodcompany.com  

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes, please provide your email address when filling out your contact information and a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

What happens if my items arrive damaged?

If your product arrives damaged or opened upon arrival, we will replace your order at no additional cost. Contact us at info@cyclofoodcompany.com and include your order number. 

What is your return policy?

Because these are perishable goods, we cannot offer returns at this time. All sales are final.

Can I have packages delivered to APO/FPO/DPO locations or a PO Box?

Unfortunately, delivery to APO/FPO/DPO locations and PO Boxes are not available at this time.

Do you ship to Hawaii and/or Alaska?

We currently use USPS Flat Rate shipping for most orders which includes delivery to Hawaii and Alaska.  Please contact us at info@cyclofoodcompany.com to verify shipping availability before you place your order.
